A three-time Golden Mike Award winner for best sports reporting/top sports segments in Los Angeles at historic KFWB Radio (aka The Beast 980) as anchor, reporter, and talk host from 1994-2016 (also reported for KNX 1070 Newsradio since 1985).  Has begun a 17th season as studio-host/reporter for Sports USA Radio on their weekly NFL doubleheaders and NHL national broadcasts.     Ted,

    Great article about Elgin Baylor. I am in 100% agreement with you. I think Baylor was the reason Chick Hearn developed expressions like “Leaping Lena”; “Hangs in the Air”; etc. Baylor was a treat to watch.

    One omission: When you listed Laker centers who played with Baylor, how could you omit Ray Felix?
